Junior Project Manager - São José do Rio Preto

Descrição:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress. Participating in meetings, providing updates and gathering strategic information. Identifying and resolving small challenges to optimize project execution.

• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (located in Austria), support the planning, tracking, and execution of R&D projects under the guidance of the R&D Manager.
• Act as a liaison between the R&D team in Brazil and the P&F Headquarters in Austria.
• Organize, update, and maintain the tasks and project information in our project management tool.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and project status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Help monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, flagging potential issues to the Senior Project Manager.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates and gathering information to support project goals.
• Contribute to identifying and addressing minor project challenges.

Requisitos:

Education and work experience requirements:

• Master’s Degree in any field (science, engineering, business, or related disciplines preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in coordinating or supporting projects (internships or academic project experience are acceptable).
