Team Overview:

We are looking for a Media Manager with strong strategic thinking, a systemic vision, and a sharp focus on efficiency. This role will be essential in leading and developing media plans, ensuring intelligent resource management, and driving significant impact on both brand performance and business results.

We seek someone who combines analytical expertise with excellent communication skills, capable of leading complex projects and engaging stakeholders at various levels.

Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the media strategy, ensuring all investments are aligned with brand positioning and growth objectives;
  • Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns, with continuous focus on resource efficiency and investment maximization;
  • Manage the media budget, with strict control over forecasts, accruals, and performance;
  • Collaborate closely with Branding, Product, Growth, Finance, and BI teams, ensuring a holistic view in all decision-making processes;
  • Lead performance analysis, translating data into strategic insights and actionable plans;
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and partners, ensuring excellence in execution and best negotiations;
  • Stay ahead of market trends and bring innovation to elevate the company’s media maturity;
  • Lead and develop the media team, fostering high performance, results-driven culture, and continuous learning.
