About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join the VTEX team and drive the development of advanced data-driven strategies. This role involves the creation and maintenance of target lists, enrichment of contact data, and the implementation of lead intelligence and marketing automation processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the capability to transform data into actionable insights to enhance our customer engagement and acquisition strategies.
What you will do- Develop comprehensive target lists by acquiring and analyzing data to identify clients with high product affinity for VTEX.
- Enrich contact information for upselling and new logo opportunities, increasing campaign accuracy and sales team efficiency.
- Maintain and nurture the target list database, ensuring it stays updated for both new logo and upselling strategies.
- Unify databases and create lead intelligence, including heat maps and funnel stage insights.
- Develop and manage the Engagement Workflow ensuring timely and relevant communication with leads.
- Automate the lead funnel process to seamlessly transition leads when opportunities close, removing them from active campaigns.
- Generate intelligence for lead activation strategies, determining which leads should be invited to participate in events, campaigns, and webinars.
- Automate the lead invitation process, particularly for events, to enhance activation efforts.
- Data-Driven Professional: Expert in synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights and strategies that drive client engagement and business growth.
- Analytical Thinker: Exceptional analytical skills, with proven ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and process optimizations.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced in using HubSpot for customer relationship management and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborative Innovator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in partnership with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Result-Oriented Achiever: Demonstrated success in utilizing data to drive significant improvements in customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
