Position Summary The position of Country Manager (CM) Brazil will focus on driving sales growth, managing local operations, and implementing our global strategy within the Brazilian market.
CM will lead local teams, manage key relationships, and ensure the successful execution of our business plan.
Objectives of this role Take responsibility for cash management, investment insurance, budgeting, financial reporting, and help drive the companys financial strategy in relation with the group strategy.
This role includes acting as the company's legal representative.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure profitability.
Operations: Manage local operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize project delivery.
Team Leadership : Develop and manage local teams, foster Acoem's culture, and promote employee growth.
Strong sales and service management experience.
Experience in managing a branch or local operations.
Fluent in English.

In a context of reorganization and transformation within an international multi-cultural group, develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong project coordination, cross-team communications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth: Implement Acoem's global strategy in Brazil, develop local action plans, and drive revenue growth.
Sales & Service: Lead sales and service teams, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure profitability.
Operations: Manage local operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize project delivery.
Team Leadership : Develop and manage local teams, foster Acoem's culture, and promote employee growth.
Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales and service management experience.
Experience in managing a branch or local operations.
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in leadership/management, preferably in technical operations.
