Junior Account Manager (Farmer)

As a Junior Account Manager (Farmer), you will develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Your role is crucial for maximizing partnership value, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 to 250 clients across Brazil!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales for the client base, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling;
  • Provide support to end users and channels, ensuring clear and effective communication;
  • Conduct software demonstrations for clients and resellers, highlighting the value and features of the products;
  • Effectively communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships, and strategically negotiating with clients and partners.
  • Strategically negotiate prices and margins, always seeking the best deal for both parties;
  • Identify and create new demands by exploring use cases and client profiles to maximize business opportunities;

Qualifications (must have):

  • Experience in a client relationship or field sales role, demonstrating the ability to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Experience in the tech and cybersecurity industry;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work closely with pre-sales and support teams, demonstrating the skill to facilitate processes and ensure activities progress swiftly and efficiently;
  • Availability to travel up to 20% of the time;
  • Advanced English is not mandatory but will be considered a plus.
  • Hybrid work model, 2x in the office (Pinheiros/São Paulo, SP)
