Team Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of brand initiatives for 99 brand. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can craft compelling brand moments, drive engagement across multiple channels, and ensure brand consistency across new ventures, the core business and multiple institutional initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development- Developing and executing brand moments and platforms throughout the year to enhance brand visibility and resonance.
- Strategizing, establishing, and implementing brand ecosystem guidelines for new ventures and product innovations, ensuring alignment with overarching brand identity.
- Driving brand differentiation through storytelling, content strategy, and consumer engagement.
- Strategizing, planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on the yearly campaign calendar across paid media and organic channels (digital, social, OOH, partnerships, and PR initiatives).
- Collaborating with creative, media, and product teams to develop innovative campaigns that amplify brand presence and customer engagement.
- Measuring and analyzing campaign performance, leveraging insights to continuously optimize brand strategies.
- Managing the institutional brand in collaboration with government affairs, corporate communications, and sustainability teams.
- Leading brand integration into corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and stakeholder expectations.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to drive a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Developing and implementing brand strategies to mitigate risks and manage crisis situations, ensuring brand reputation remains intact.
- Monitoring brand sentiment and industry trends to proactively address potential reputation challenges.
- Partnering with PR, legal, and communications teams to navigate challenging scenarios with strategic messaging and response plans.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within tech, mobility, or consumer-focused industries.
- Proven track record in developing and executing large-scale brand campaigns and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in crisis management, corporate branding, and government affairs collaboration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
