We are looking for a LATAM Sales Manager who will spearhead our sales efforts in the Latin American iGaming market, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within the region. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Latin American gaming industry, and a proven track record of driving sales success in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration in the Latin American iGaming market.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire key clients in the Latin American gaming industry, leveraging existing relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gaming operators, platforms, regulators, and industry associations, to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive risks in the Latin American gaming market, providing insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the iGaming industry and focused on the Latin American market.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, commercially astute, with demonstrable negotiation skills and a proven track of exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the Latin American gaming industry, including regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- A black book of readymade contacts, established network and relationships within the Latin American gaming industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Latin American region and internationally as needed.
- Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
