Sales Manager DG Sector - Sales Manager DG, Brazil JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS) is one of the worlds largest solar module manufacturers.

We distribute our solar products and sell our solutions and services to a diversified international utility, commercial and residential customer base all over the world.
We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales Manager DG, with Hybrid work.

Job Description Position Name: Sales Manager DG Area: International Sales Region: Latin America and Italy Report to: General Manager Latin America and Italy Position Requirements Education: Business administration, Engineering, Finances.

Knowledge: PV Market Local Energetic Laws for his/her country.

Experience: Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.

Demonstrable experience and results in the country market.

At least 2 years in successful sales positions.

Language requirements: English is a must, plus native in the local language.

Position Aim: The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales within his/her territory; being able to find, recognize, keep and generate loyalty in customers.
His/her responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

Sales Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Jinko Products per customer needs.

Position Responsibilities: Operate as point of contact for all matters specific to his/her customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Jinko Products according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare Forecast and track key account metrics, to plan future actions and understand and ask for the necessary resources for achieving his/her goals.
Create an alternative scenario, in case that he/she is not able to achieve the metrics with the first plan, for having another option to still achieve personal goals.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinate the involvement of company employees, including Technical service, logistics, BMO, etc.
to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
With Marketing help, conduct market research to understand the needs, types of customers, competition, etc.
Assist Business Development and Marketing Department in Co-Marketing activities, including local events.

Calculate customer demand and predict sales for his/her territory.
