We're seeking a dynamic Seller Coaching Manager to lead our External Fulfillment team in driving seller success across Amazon's marketplace. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance seller performance, drive adoption of new features, and scale our coaching program while leading a team of specialists.
Key job responsibilities
As the Seller Coaching Manager, you'll partner with business teams to identify key priorities and design comprehensive coaching strategies. You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve seller performance, and drive business growth.This role requires strong leadership capabilities, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy
- Lead a team of Seller Coaching specialists, driving performance excellence and career development
- Partner with Program teams to define and execute coaching strategies that enhance seller success
- Design and implement scalable coaching methodologies and quality standards
- Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize seller operations
- Develop and standardize coaching frameworks for consistent program delivery
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive program improvements
- Lead resolution of complex seller escalations while supporting team development
- Guide sellers through operational processes and new feature adoption while ensuring compliance- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
