Join our External Fulfillment (EF) Seller coaching team as a Specialist focused on driving seller success and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer experience with seller needs while demonstrating strong ownership.You'll play a crucial role in ensuring world-class seller experience in one of Amazon's fastest-growing and highest-impact initiatives.
Key job responsibilities- Provide comprehensive operational coaching via email and phone
- Guide sellers to meet EF Program Rules and performance standards
- Support sellers to increase their selection to enable sales growth
- Proactively educate sellers on best practices, drive features adoption, and perform deep dives into operational pain points.
- Identify and address operational bottleneck, collaborate with Operational Excellence and Program team to address issues
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Strong business judgement
- Analytic
- Solution oriented and creative
- Excellent communication skills- The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data, seller communication and a strong customer focus.
- He or she will be an inspiring team member and adapt quickly reacting to a changing environment.
