The Marketing team is looking for a customer-obsessed, creative, results-oriented and analytical Marketing Manager to help us build and execute strategies for the Amazon Shopping App and customer lifecycle. In this role, you will own and manage on-site marketing programs that drive customer engagement within our owned and operated channels.You will be responsible for the end-to-end program development, including planning, execution, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, endlessly curious, detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity and comfortable working with other teams. Additionally, you will be expected to flex both analytical skills and creative muscles.

Key job responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include:- Coordinate, execute and measure on-site marketing campaigns across internal channels to drive customer engagement.
- Understand the customer lifecycle within the Amazon Shopping app, create an experiment roadmap and plan campaigns accordingly.
- Propose and implement customer experience improvements by using customer data.
- Work across teams to effectively integrate the Amazon Shopping App into internal channels and campaigns owned by them.
- Develop and analyze performance metrics and articulate these into written narratives to drive business decisions.
- Continuously observe industry trends and implement new ideas to reflect such trends.- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
